I havent been trying long to get pregnant, just four months, but I do think that I need to get my body a little healthier. I think its great that you are doing this. I know I need someone to take me by the hand and tell me exactly what I need for my body. You are awesome!
Kirstyn, Although I try and exercise all the time, I know that I have not been eating all the right things in order to create the baby friendly body. I sure hope that you put meal plans into your new plan. I also know that I need to kick the caffeine habit, which will be very hard, but I am willing to do anything to conceive a child of my own. I know God put you in our path for a good reason and through you he is giving us the answer to all our prayers. Can't wait to have this baby friendly body guide!!!
hi kirsten ...... i have a question for u that is..last month i got my period on 6th dec...and in this month i got my period on 5th that is one day befor last months period{usually i will get my period 5 days befor last months period} and this month bleeding is only for 1 day..im in doubt that may be im pregnent but the bleeding is lik regular period only for 1 day the next day just a drops thats it... why it happens to me...giv me ur answer... eagerly waiting for ur answer.........
You may want to take a pregnancy test to see if you're pregnant. What you are describing could happen if you're pregnant and it could happen if you're hormones are out of alignment.
I have a friend who didn't know she was pregnant and had a really light period, and then the following month she didn't get her period and she found out that she was 2 months pregnant already at that time.
So either way it's probably hormone related. If you're pregnant that's great. If not, then you'll need to work on regulating your cycles and the "Creating A Baby Friendly Body" course can help you do that.
